Its issues carry jokes on all kinds of subjects, humorous stories, satirical sketches, cartoons and crosswords. The title refers to the legendary Krokodil magazine, published from 1922 to 2000. Many drawings are caricatures, so readers can recognise both famous people and ordinary folk, and some of the jokes come from folk humour. The publisher is Magnat Publishing House.
