Kadrovyk.UA is a practical magazine for HR departments at companies of every form of ownership. Each issue covers changes in legislation, employment record books, pensions, staff appraisal, occupational safety, ready-made solutions for everyday work, document templates and the experience of HR professionals that helps avoid mistakes. A questions-and-answers section explains issues raised by readers.

The publisher is Media-PRO. According to the publisher, the magazine has been issued since 2002 with the support of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. It appears monthly and is published in Ukrainian. The journals.ua archive holds 80 issues from 2013 to May 2020.
