Kulinariia. Kolektsiia — a recipe magazine for everyday cooking

Kulinariia. Kolektsiia ("Cookery. Collection") is a collection of original everyday recipes. Every issue includes salads, soups, meat and fish dishes, potato and mushroom dishes, sauces, croutons, cakes and other sweets, hot and cold drinks, plus useful tips, tricks and finer points of cooking. The editors put together a weekly menu with a shopping list, and the recipes come with step-by-step instructions and photos that show how to serve each dish attractively.

The publisher is Zenit Publishing House. The magazine appeared monthly and is published in Russian. The journals.ua archive holds 11 issues from 2011, up to December 2011, and all of them are free.
