FOOD Technologies & Equipment — a magazine on food processing technology

FOOD Technologies & Equipment is an analytical magazine for production managers and technologists in the food industry. Its industry section covers events, problems and trends, draft laws, standards and experience from abroad. The technology section describes classic and innovative methods of producing food and drinks, while the equipment section analyses the machinery market, new developments and specifications, with interviews with manufacturers’ representatives. There are also sections on raw materials and ingredients, containers and packaging, and automation.

The publisher is Smart Capital. The magazine comes out monthly and is published in Russian. The issue archive on journals.ua holds 28 issues from 2013 to December 2019.
